Yes, this. I have said it before, as have many others. And if you want to use October 2017's thread only making to the 8k+ as an excuse as to why results might be released before 15k? I'm telling you, that was a paltry entry in the history of spam threads. NCEES just happened to take pity on everyone and release results when they did because they saw it would be unreasonable to wait so long otherwise (see? NCEES has a heart). It was an exception and will not happen again.
