Only 12 times or so...I wonder if anyone has checked for thier results yet this morning?
In all seriousness be careful about introducing yourself as a PE. Just because you passed the test doesn't make you a PE. You aren't official until your local board says you are licensed and gives you a number. You could get in trouble for misrepresenting yourself if you claim to be a PE before you have a license. fines, revocation of future license, etc. The process to become licensed can take anywhere from hours to months after you get your passing result. Some states are slower than others.Obviously the sooner the better for me, but I'm giving a site tour on Wednesday to a bunch of design professionals. I already look like an intern, so it sure would give me a lot more credibility if I could introduce myself as a PE.
I had a personal deadline of position & salary adjustments, which were finalized the week before results came out. BOOOOO!I'm curious, anyone have like, personal deadlines for results? I also have a dentist appointment on Thursday AM, but I could probably have him hit the refresh button on my phone every once in a while.
I wanted to go outside and slam both hands on the hood of his car and yell “GET OUT OF THE CAR AND GET DOWN ON THE GROUND SON”
BTW - for those who want updates - little Vee’s boyfriend came to pick her up from our parents house tonight
bumping for @squaretaper appreciation.Little Vee did not endorse that idea.
Oh good point, thanks! I'll be careful how I phrase it until it's official. In all seriousness be careful about introducing yourself as a PE. Just because you passed the test doesn't make you a PE. You could say that you just passed the PE exam. That part would be true.
I have a set of gold clubs actually. Well, gold in color, not material. That would not make an excellent golf club.Golf*
