It's a tough exam.  Don't ever lose hope.  I took two tries.  A few other original members took multiple tries.

Yeah, I won't give up. I'm hoping the third try's the charm. But either way, it sucks to see your (younger) coworkers pass when you don't. It'd be easier if I hadn't taken it with a first timer coworker each time!
