I have a better challenge.It's called the 100 Pushup Challenge. I think the general idea is that by the end, you're supposed to be able to do 100 pushups, but that's still a little unclear to me! Haha.
Anyway, it's a three-day-a-week challenge that lasts 6 weeks. You do five rounds of pushups, and there are three different schedules you can follow depending on where your strength is. The daily pushup totals ideally increase through the week.
My coworkers and I are on day 2 of week 2, and it's getting challenging!
