I get along very good with the MIL. But she sends my wife a little crazy. Which in turn, I pay for.

Work from home mornings are the best. It's amazing what an extra hour of sleep in the morning will do for a non-morning person.

I have a site visit at 9, so I just have a late start and still have to get dressed and stuff.

I would work from home today, but we're having free lunch for star wars day (or just because my company is terrible at morale-building and are finally making an effort to be a little better) and I don't want to miss out!

My mother in law is an absolute nightmare!  She's obsessed with butter and literally hates anything that the rest of the family likes.  She's the Antichrist in a dress but she's really good at pretending to be motherly around my father in law.

My mother in law is an absolute nightmare!  She's obsessed with butter and literally hates anything that the rest of the family likes.  She's the Antichrist in a dress but she's really good at pretending to be motherly around my father in law.

I love butter... but within reason. Mine never had a daughter so when I first started coming around she said that my nickname of Kari didn't make sense. She then renamed me Kris and now her mother calls me Krissy. We have had worse things happen but I know there are worse relationships that exist.
