  1. I had some complaints about the title the thread where I last posted this. But I wanted to get a thread going (hopefully this isn't adding another unneeded thread) but wanted to start this thread so we can continue the dialogue related to the new exam format. Come December, we can start to use this thread to share our experiences similar to what has been done for ME exams (keeping in mind the NCEES rules/regulations!!!). Check out the tutorials and demo on the website below, it demonstrates what the CBT exam will look like on the screen including references https://ncees.org/exams/cb
  2. Beware, NCEES provided reference manual has errors in their steam table. Saturation pressure of water at 65F should be 0.3. See http://www.che.ksu.edu/docs/imported/SteamTable.pdf, https://www.engineeringtoolbox.com/water-vapor-saturation-pressure-d_599.html?vA=65&units=F#, and/or https://www.slaythepe.com/uploads/7/2/3/9/72392189/water-steam_saturation_properties__by_temperature_in_us_units_.pdf for supporting documents. Additionally, we should be able to recognize the provided chart as incorrect as pressure is directly proportional to the temperature

Tutoring helps strengthen the comprehension of the subject matter and important exam concepts, boost confidence, and builds important learning skills and test-taking strategies. Read More
