Your work exp should be signed and stamped by PE-licensed engineers in those countries where the projects are located when you were working.

Pe Exam Passed and will need four licensed PE to put as Reference.

I would go to my clients or people around me who know me and my work to some extent to vouch for me. I think most states need one direct supervisor's reference.

Qualifying Civil Engineering Experience for PE License

I got my CA license last year. CA board is very particular regarding the definition of civil engineering. I had most of my experience in CM and QA and had a tough time getting enough credit (4 years in total) before meeting the requirement . However, it is important to mention that you do not...

    Exam Results Expiration

I would say it doesn't expire or should be good in your case because I know someone who took more than 4 attempts to pass the 2nd exam after passing the 1st state-specific exam ( so about 1.5 years apart)

    California PE

    FE & PE exams waiving

I would start with a call or email to the Missouri engineering board and understand the route. As others mentioned I would suggest getting the FE waiver which is almost in every state for Ph.D. holders and sitting for the PE exam this way you would be able to take your license to any state.

    California seismic exam materials

I would say that get familiar with Dr. Ibrhaim's material but don't sweat much. focus on Hiner's questions and exams more... you should be getting around 80% on his exams and 75% plus on his CBT.

I would stick to my core and re-attempt in civil because eventually, you would take PE in civil engineering depth. Secondly, book with SOPE or any other source and make a schedule of study and study continuously and focus on the core subjects as its where you lack more. good luck..

    CBT TESTING - 2022

Thanks. So one should not really focus on the practice questions/concepts that are not referenced in the NCEES PE manual?

    CBT TESTING - 2022

I believe we are not allowed to bring any reference material to the exam, so should I assume that the questions would be written in a way that all the eqns that you need would either be in the NCEES reference manual or in the relevant design standard?
