What do you use for water distribution system modeling? I have used WaterCAD from Bentley but that's just for small projects like subdivisions. I am curious to see what other people/municipalities use to model their entire distribution system and the pros/cons to each model.

There is a remote possibility I may go work for a consultant that has offices both in the U.S. and also Canada. Would a PE license in the U.S. transfer to Canada and how would you go about doing it?
