NCEES records will accompany any comity application for licensing in other states. CA is under no obligation to share what are now their documents with any other state for said effort.

The CA engagement forms do not leave a lot of room for details. It wouldn't be unethical to ask for an example of something that's passed muster before. Would it?
Man I don't honestly remember. I feel like they had a sticker on the top with all the contact info for the board but your form looks very familiar.

If it means anything, I used Engineer Pro Guides and found it quite useful. It had some errors in it but, for the money (and now the results) it was definitely worth it.
The practice tests you can get with it were invaluable in my opinion.
I just talked with the board as well. They said just make a note of previous fingerprint submission with EIT number.
They also said just print and submit the result notifications pages. They didn’t know why it said the whole record. I suspect, but don’t know, that it’s for the people...
