Not sure; the SK Gosh code master pamphlets are all quite good from what I can tell. No idea why PPI only includes the seismic and masonry ones. I actually wish it was the wind one as I provide my own seismic flow charts that are superior to the SK Gosh ones in my (somewhat humble) opinion.

Given how ****** NCEES treated current record holders during the update to the records system I'd avoid the records system if at all possible. Unless you need a bunch of states at once it may even be easier (and cheaper) not to get one.

I haven't reviewed the changes the 2015 IBC made to the seismic provisions but my understanding is there should be very few functional changes to SEAOC vol. 1. Volume 2-4 may be significantly changed though so it might be worth trying to find a source for vol 2-4 from other sources.
