Is it possible to purchase the electronic version of reference book

Ain't no one got time to be checking no copyright.

Is it possible to purchase the electronic version of reference book

Just make sure it is bound when you take it to the exam.  Trust me on this, bound means in a 3-ring binder, or spiral bound. It does not mean those heavy-duty staples that can staple 200 sheets.

    Quiz #27

This is a PM problem, but on the easier side. 2-4 minutes. I'm actually writing problems for PPI, and you guys are my guinea pigs. 'C' is correct

    Any last minute advice??

Dude I have a degree in freaking Geography. If I can pass it you can. But you need to focus, the upcoming test needs to literally become your life.

Civil PE Exam Review Course - Testmasters vs EET

These nation-wide companies (TM, SofPE, etc) ALWAYS cancel the live classes. I'd be curious to hear from anyone who ever actually attended a live class. EET is the bomb, just go with that. I'm pretty sure Nazrul teaches that, and he is awesome.

You can take the FE anywhere, provided you meet the states requirements. But you should really think positive.

    Organized Cheat Sheet

Yeah, 1000s of people. The only way you learn this stuff is to do it yourself.

    PE Exam Reference - HCM

OP is good .... saying you didn't use the HCM on Transpo is like saying you didn't use Mannings on WRE .... nobody believe you :sucks:

    PE Exam Reference - HCM

These are all topics outlined on the exam.

    PE Exam Reference - HCM

Not to sound crass, but if you don't remember anything specifically relating to the HCM on the exam there is a reason you are taking it again, and if you aren't familiar with the HCM by test day, you will be taking it a 3rd time. I'd  call you a fool if you don't bring the entire thing with you...

    Any last minute advice??

This is a small investment in your future. EET even takes Paypal, you can sign up for Paypal credit and pay it off over the course of 6 months too if you need to with no interest. I took SofPE for the FE, as did a guy at my work a few months ago who has been out of school for like 15 years...

    Any last minute advice??

School of PE is really the best option for this. Don't waste your money on those individual subject classes. Calculus?? You have about a 90% chance that the 1-2 calc problems you see are table lookups, again, see my point about you not knowing what to study. EET is excellent for the PE, they...

    Saturation Flow Rate

Why yes, John QPE ... you would calculate a saturation flow rate for each phase, then separate capacity for each phase, then one v/c ratio. :DV:

    Any last minute advice??

Looking at that diagnostic, I'm fairly certain you have no idea what you should be studying. A review course will help you focus on the topics you need to concentrate on, and not waster time on areas that don't have a high probability of appearing on the exam. If you're studying the Lindeburgh...

    Saturation Flow Rate

OK so I have dual lefts that form a lane group, and they operate under both permitted and protected phasing. How do you calculate Saturation flow rate for this? The (FLT ) component comes into play here, which is 0.95 for a fully protected phase, and 0.50 for permitted (direction given). So...

Sign up for a review course. You can do it....my degree is in Geography and I passed the thing!

This is the reason why everyone from PA takes the PE in DE.

    driver population factor

Read the problem, but don't read INTO the problem. The exam will be more clear though.
