Does your coworker have an ncees record with 4 years experience? If so, he can test with Maine.

Just took the CBT Civil Construction PE exam in TX

That's weird because Texas has decoupled the exam so you can take exam with no references. I know because I did it.

States that require experience to sit for the NCEES PE Exams

The NCEES does indeed determine whether you are eligible, for Maine. They do this with the NCEES Record. See the website. It's much more streamlined than the Pennsylvania process. Professional Engineer Licensing | ProfessionalEngineers (maine.gov) Initial Licensure (NCEES Record Holder)...

    PE Civil CBT 2022

10 throw away questions is a lot. The spec says some questions don't have the required references to solve them and don't count for that reason. But wait- they do count! They take valuable time from solving other questions that count. If you sit there for 8 hours trying to solve impossible...

States that require experience to sit for the NCEES PE Exams

If you apply for initial licensure in Pennsylvania through NCEES, your registration on NCEES will say "Pending board approval" FOREVER until Pennsylvania changes the law. The NCEES gladly takes your money to sit for the PA exam even though it won't happen. The NCEES record is preferred over...

    Belt clip clock

Now that watches are prohibited, can I wear a clip on analog clock on my belt? Has anyone done this? I just prefer to have my own clock. Even jail inmates are allowed to wear a watch.

    HP calculator clearing memory

It's the HP-35s. After I emailed the NCEES, they confirmed Pearson is not allowed to clear calculator memory. Now that the test is closed book, having calculator memory is more critical than ever.

    HP calculator clearing memory

Does Person VUE clear your calculator memory before the NCEES exams? In 2016, the NCEES told me they are not allowed to clear calculator memory. I'll check with the NCEES again, but I need to know what Pearson is actually doing with this.
