@Lucas H, well, we are debating the possibility of seeing results as early as tomorrow.  So...it'll probably be in  3 weeks, just in time to ruin Christmas* or make it the best Christmas* ever.   *or holiday celebration of your choosing, or not choosing, or airing of your grievances, or whatever

If it were tomorrow, it'd be at the 34 day mark.  That'd be really early compared to past Dec. results.  I'd like to stay in my cone of denial for another week.  I want to know...but I like don't really want to know, you know? 

Ahhh, hadn't finished the info update.  I do get the same screen as you.  So, since registration opens Monday, wonder if results may be released this week?  Wonder how the open registration date and results release date lined up in the past.  Didn't even pay attention to it after the spring exam.

Yes.  It said I needed to update contact and education info.  After doing that, there was still no option to register.  I really don't need to get my hopes up...last time was brutally depressing.

I clicked "Register for an Exam" and it won't let me...maybe that's a sign.  Fingers crossed!

From past Oct. test release time frames, I have about 10 more days of blissful ignorance before either crushing depression or exuberant triumph set in.  Either way, alcohol will be involved.
