No, not as a general rule.  Only time I copy and paste is if I'm copying something from the interwebs or an email to share here.  I usually type in the little box at the bottom of the page.

I don't know anything about who is paying for the dam grouting work.  I would imagine its the US, but I don't know.  We are providing oversight for a foriegn contractor.  We are not providing security.  Security is being provided by the Italian Army.

That may ultimately be basically the answer.  The problem of course, is that I suspect it provides electricity to all of Northern Iraq.

Snickerd, you have a point, but at the same time the Police Chief and I are on a first name basis.  My fleet maintenance crew takes care of the cruisers and we let them fill up their gas at the Public Works fuel pump.  I have no doubt Norwich's finest will keep my family safe.
