I would recommend you buy  “Civil PE Practice Exam: California Civil Seismic Principles “ from Amazon it’s one practice exam but was really helpful and mimics the actual exam pretty good, I had 2 look-up questions in the real exam that were in the book. 

We roll on Monday. It has to be Monday, surely! 

@structural2552 Each chapter has it's known practice problems. At the end of the book, there are 3 quizzes from all across topics, around 10 questions each. In addition to a separate mini exam is 40 problems.

Yes it totally worth it.. For me as far as workbooks go Dr. Mansour and Reza have the 2 best workbooks in the market... Reza is way better than Mansour as far as problems go the workbook represents a comprehensive range of questions and covers the test plan 2018, but the explanation of the...

Thank you, I have read your blog before. If I were to buy the course is only for their practice exams, but again your blog dated 2017 and I don't know if they did update the practice exams to match the 2018 test plan. From your own experience would you say that the 4 CBT practice exams resemble...

Would you say that EET Survey practice exams are better and mimic the actual exam better than CPESR practice exams? I have EET, but I am wondering if you recommend purchasing the CPESR course just for their practice exam. Thanks. @engineeringforfun

Out of curiosity what materials did you use for surveying? If you took per test plan 2018, What I believe happened is that is  system  messed up, they added  your name to the “New System “ matrix, I.e: the candidates who have PASS for surveying and seismic next to their names become license...

Agreed! The survey exam is mainly trigonometry. 

By all means no you don't have to purchase these textbooks, I was just answering your questions if the board recommends any references or materials, since the Survey has no code or manual the board chose some comprehensive survey textbooks as a reference.
