This is an MS problem, and I think it's jacked to be honest. The issue with 18 vs 25 is the 18 is almost LOS 'B' and the 25 is almost LOS 'D' However, to make this relevant to EB, in my EET notes I have written "whenever speed limit it is given use that as BFFS" and go from there.

Its just another text, IMO, a lot easier to follow along or "learn" topics you don't know. The CERM is too technical for my liking. Goswami isn't as all encompassing as the CERM though. I wouldn't stress out about not having it, but if I saw one used for $20 I'd buy it. One of my test questions...

Let some others chime in if they so please. These are basic speed/flow equations. I don't think you'll see them in any of the required texts for Transpo ... maybe somewhere in the HCM. You should have a general Traffic Engineering text with you for the exam. These relationships are fair game...

Just read the other EET reviews. All you need for 90% of the exam is your EET binder. The exam isn't hard, it just covers a lot of ****. All that **** is in your EET binder. Goswami exams are good to get some practice, but you're right, they are harder than the exam. EET's stuff is harder than...
