I know several people from NJ that have opted to take the PE in DE or CT because they aren't generally as critical on experience, but I really think it is more a matter of how you present your experience than one state or another being easier to get approved in... just my $.02

You may want to try making a big pot of chicken soup with some veggies and rice.... blend it up in a food processor until you have a fairly thick consistency (you can control the consistency by adding chicken broth)... We did that and the kids really liked it... blending your own winter squash...

I brought a tasty, freaking salad... I will do the same tomorrow...
