Thanks!  I took the test way after meeting the experience requirement (cuz I'm old), but if you take it in LA prior to doing so, you submit Part II once you have met the experience requirement.   I did see this on their website though so might want to be careful if you ever want to be a PE...

I think the NCEES practice exam is good prep for those portions, even though it was harder than the actual exam.  I also saw somewhere else on this forum that someone recommended the env. FE practice exam, and thought those questions were even closer to the actual exam in difficulty.  Not sure...

Louisiana has. Their website says they issue licenses in 6 to 8 weeks, but they pleasantly surprised me by emailing me my license number the day after results were posted!

Yes, I believe so.  I ordered it this past January and that's the one NCEES sent me.  I think it was helpful during the exam and totally worth having.  I also thought the problems on that practice exam were harder than the actual exam, so if you can do the practice problems, you should be fine...
