Private companies make money, government jobs take money. So, all those 'perks' you want to brag about are the same reason that private sector jobs don't make as much. Have to pay all those taxes to keep the federal unions appeased.

I am not licensed in NC, but I have seen response in as short as 3 days and as long as 8 weeks. So, it varies greatly by state. Hope this gives you clarity.  :thumbs:

Wasn't the whole push for 'stem' thing to try and convince kids to think of jobs outside of art history and learning Sanskrit? I personally think it is all a crock of Dookie. Plenty of kids want the arts path, leave the stem to us nerds.

Getting licensed in another state is just a matter of paperwork. Do you have a NCEES record created? I have multiple licenses, some are by comity and some are by endorsement. I think it more of a word game than anything else. Maybe there is a difference in the state language or something...

You are never going to find any sample test to satisfy what you are looking for. You need to use the test to learn the theory and concepts. I passed by compiling samples in groups so I could have a reference point during the exam. Sample tests suck and are full of errors. Sent from my SM-G955U...
