I enjoy lifting, but the wife loved to run until her knee blewout.  I bought her a SOLE F63 treadmill for her birthday this week.  Fast walking doesn' hurt but any kind of impact or stress on the knee is a nogo.  

We have found that our collective attention span for a single olympic event is 6 minutes or 8 runs of the same "1440 double backy side sweepy front grab".  After 4-5 of anything they all seem to look alike.  Now, I can watch short track for an hour, but noone else cares about it.

I guess i'm old fashioned.  Write them all down in a ledger.  Sunday Afternoons i sit down and pay the bills for the week.  Several are on autopay and anything i can pay online i do.

The manufacturer finally agreed to change the coil.  Gonna cost upwards of $17k for them.  We have been seeing 20F rise when dampers are closed.

Very well could be.  I've finally decided i'm willing to throw some money at it and see what happens.  Never know.  I could retire at 40 if this goes well or worst case I lose some disposable income that would have went toward something I don't need anyways.  

I'm about ready to throw some money at this.  Got my wallets read and my funds burning a new hole in my pocket.  Trying to see where it will bottom out.  I set up an account on Blockfolio with some theoretical investments this weekend.  So far I would have lost 8%.

The control valve is at 10% alot of the time and its still overshooting the temp.  The contractor keeps pushing for a 1/3 2/3 valve installation saying the one valve is too large to turn down that far.
