I popped a Benadryl this morning before I left the house for the same reason....

Really???.. I'm going to have to give that a try... the only draw-back of real buttercream is that it doesn't hold up too well to heat...I wonder if they use the flour to give it some consistency..thanks for the recipe !!

Buttercream may not be P90X approved but man does it taste wonderful when it melts in your mouth... unlike that shortening crap they use to ice cakes everywhere now..... YUCK !!  I mean really, it's just powder sugar, vegetable shortening and vanilla "flavoring"... not even real vanilla...

Real butter-cream... eggs, 2.5 lbs of butter, sugar and the most expensive vanilla you can get your hands on... nothing like it !....

I recently started dabbling with Mexican pastries since they're among my favorites....leavened bread is something else I'm telling you...yeast can be very tempremental especially in cold weather ! I had to throw away 3 batches of dough because it wouldn't rise...

Everything really....but I have a soft spot for cakes since I was a kid...real butter-cream frosting is the BEST....

I ate my lunch and just had a tangerine and an apple but I'm still hella hungry
