Thanks KF... I signed on just to see this post :)   had a Halloween party last night, me and about 50 of my most closest friends had a blast.  

He's not very nice.  He studied astro-geology at the local state college here and is the epitome of a hipster with the coffee snobbery and ear plugs and stuff.  Oh and he always says that engineers are stupid.

Yes this is the one I have...  there are also some for sure accessories to buy as well if you are going to use it a ton, but it took me a good 7 months before I started to look to get fancy.

The instant pot is a pressure cooker combo with multiple functions depending on which model you get.  Mines not the newest or best out there but it can seriously do magic, plus it's blue tooth enabled so I can monitor the pot from anywhere in the house.  I think mine has 7 functions but I can...
