Is the new practice exam have the same questions in the previous book or different?

Failed Environmental 68%. Please do not say that the cut  score is 70%. :(

I think water and Air will be the morning section topics.

Environmental PE exam- morning section normally include water and solid and hazardous waste. According to NCEES specification the water is 24 questions and the solid and hazardous waste is 12 questions. The total is 36 questions??
