I take my electronic stuff like TV's, routers, stereos etc apart to clean all of the dust off. You would be surprised how dirty they get and heat up, resulting in them not working well or not working at all.

I would say that because of the lateness in the day, most government workers were either on the way out the door or already gone. Each individual state has to give permission to NCEES to release the test results.
