Saw this over the weekend.  Very good movie - much better than I expected from the previews.  

Bad Boys for Life - if you're a fan of the first two movies and know what to expect going in then you'll like it.  Other than the nostalgia the movie was pretty terrible.  Was really surprised to see quite a few parents bring their 8 - 10 year olds to the movie.

Finished Breaking Bad.  The rave reviews are thoroughly justified.  It's one of the very few shows where the writing/acting stayed strong through all the seasons and the finale was awesome yet completely logical.

It is not unusual for bosses to not know right away.  Previous company I worked for had down time where you were basically sitting there reading standards because there wasn't a chargeable job order for you to work on.
