I agree with @steelnole15 on this. I haven't taken the CBT exam, but based on the two times I've taken the exam, as well as using the reference manual that is provided for the CBT to study, any questions about temporary structures or construction are most likely going to be "general knowledge"...

I agree with your opinion on why the number of takers decreased. I also had my first attempt Spring 2021 and wanted to pass before making a change. I have several friends that decided to wait for their first time until it was offered via CBT because they liked the flexibility of the testing...

I'm not a drafter, but I would guess that you probably won't find many drafters here. But you could give a little more detail. Is this multi-story, multi-family type stuff, or single family? Is there a specific software you are looking for? Also, if you just need a drafter, why is the calcs...

For those who unfortunately didn’t pass, chin up because not everybody has what it takes to get an engineering degree, work as an engineer, or even get up the nerve to register for the exam. Not everyone (including myself) passes on their first attempt. Please post your non-passing scores below...

One person on the Reddit thread posted a 53/80 failing for structural. Not sure if it is better or worse to be close to the passing score??

Have there been any threads created for trying to determine the cut score? I passed, but I have some friends that didn't that are wanting to know how close they were to determine how to proceed for the CBT testing. Highest failing score I've seen so far is 49/80.
