I have been lazy and slacking. Feels like i am starting over after taking eight months off from training. any training i have done has been sporadic, hard to make gainz when you go hard for a week then take two weeks off. Back to linear progression and progressive overloading.
one of the community fitness gyms here follows Spealler programming too and this is what they are doing today. when you posted your WOD this looks familiar... I saw this on their IG account.
Two of the three crossfit gyms here dropped crossfit from their name. one had been dual branding her gym for years and just dropped the crossfit part of the name. The other replaced crossfit with "community fitness"
