    Fitness Thread

    5x3 squats at 85% 10x3 bench at 75% with bands.  db rows 3x10 I didn’t have to RSO at junior’s biathlon tonight so I got to log some kilometers on skis. Just under 5K with some intervals at the end.

    I’m lost and don’t know where to post this. I feel I am having an identity crisis.    squats @ 65% 3x5 incline bench 3x10 MetCon: akwooly’s heavy Cindy(20mins): 5 strict pullups 10 plyo push-ups  15 80# sandbag squats 7 rounds.

    Deload week. SBDs have been at 55%. Increased KMs xc skiing and did a killer arm workout yesterday.  set a timer for 20 mins and do as many rounds as you can: 10-close grip on the football bar (135#) 15-curls w/45# bar 10-DB rows w/fat grip (DB in each hand) (75#) Did these as supersets...

    unfortunately no. They typically host one race before Thanksgiving and another in the spring.  Due to COVID they have been postponed. :( We have only been having practice. At least junior is getting to send some rounds down range and getting some skiing in.

    Snatch grip deadlifts 5x2  OH presses 5x10 pullups 3 x max Single arm DB rows 3x10 my legs aren’t as sore as I thought they would be after Hero WOD Chad.

    Legs are sore and I am avoiding trips up and down my stairs. I also xc skied 5k last night so that just added to it.

    I was moved by the story behind Chad so I attempted it. I only did 400 step ups (20in box, 47.5lb ruck)and it took me 38:35. I was only going to do 250 but got into groove and kept going. I don’t train like this and then got worried about giving myself rhabdo.
