Agree with what ruggercsc to try and contact NCEES with this issue. They normally only keep records back 10 years (I believe) but they may still have some record of you passing if it was in 2009. They just moved this last year so old files may have been destroyed, but its worth a try.

okay thanks for responding. That sounds like a "generic" response to the number of people calling/emailing on Friday afternoons. FYI, you typically will not "see" the licensing updates by late Friday afternoon since they primarily run over night. I always recommend people check on Saturday...

Sactomacto and C. Ryan have your answers. The "quarterly" cycle is really the result of 1) when the exams were historically administered (spring and fall) and 2) when the Board met to approve the exam results/licenses. Both of those don't really occur in that same fashion as they used to since...
