What's the over/under on feeling like you got 30+ on morning and then waking up Sunday realizing you bombed one question in the afternoon (thus ruining my day) and knowing you're totally not confident on another? Should I see a psychiatrist since I'm dreaming about NCEES exams? Is SE Exam PTSD a clinical term or am I just a millennial snowflake?

Passed vertical in the Fall and feeling confident eating my sandwich after lateral morning only to get steamrolled by day's end. I'm probably being too hard on myself, but I think I graded myself and the gut feeling says I have to go through the meat grinder in October. WHAT A FUN PROCESS!

Literally feel the exam same as you txpaul01. Passed vertical (bridges) back in October 2022 but fell short on lateral. I guess I was a fool to try and take them both in the same go, but gave it a shot anyways.

Definitely getting those post exam doubts right now about reading questions accurately/units/the whole shabang. The frequency of these fantastic memories seem to be fading one day at a time. Either way, keep your head up! You are an elite engineer just for sitting for that exam the way I look at it

Grading workshop setup for June 1 according to NCEES newsletter…. Does that mean results typically come out two weeks past that date? That would be 10 weeks past exam.

I took the vertical last fall and knew when I came out from the AM that I got at most 20 questions; man, I was under prepared.
I did not touch a single bridge question and I ran out of time. Did pretty OK in the afternoon and got IRs and As

Took it again this April and felt so MUCH better (confident to get 30).
Same day, I felt like I could get get 3 or 4 Acceptable. Later that night I realized a simple but stupid mistake on the PM.
Then I started loosing confidence; So far I am still confident that I could get 3 A's. Let's see if that changes by next week.

Seeing how there's 850 views to this thread and a fraction of replies, I'm going to chalk it up to shy engineers. I guess we're the loud guys in class.

I got vertical results 12/14 last year, so placing my bets on 06/14 for my state at least.

I got my results on 6/15 (took the exam on 4/21) last year (passed vertical bridge in April and then lateral in October 2022). You guys may get the results this week since you took the exam a week earlier.

Not a chance. They are grading the tests right now! I recon two more weeks. June 15 is my guess.

Results should be coming next week. I took vertical last October, grading ended on Dec. 3rd, got my results on Dec. 13th.
Took lateral this April, I believe grading ended June 3rd, results around June 13th? So most likely mid-next week.

I had a chat with NCEES yesterday. Here is what they said: "They should be released this week but it could possibly be next week".

Don’t let them mess with your emotions. It’s next week or the following.

Bad news guy, I've been told if we don't get this thread to page 2, then the results won't be released. :(

Haha, I am not willing to take that risk, so I guess I should contribute more that just my 100+ views.

Took and passed Gravity last April, waiting on Lateral results for this round. I was not feeling at all hopeful walking out of the exam, but I think the wait has numbed my recollection of how it went.
The real question is though, if I didn't pass, do I try again in October, wait for the new CBT format next spring, or just take the Civil: Structural and be done with it? Decisions, decisions...

Hopefully you pass this time. If not, I would definitely sit for October. CBT will be a new exam and who knows how it is going to be. I would also sign up as soon as possible because I think the October exam will be a packed field.
