Oh man, what a change of events.  My exam items were changed to submitted and my license was processed instantaneously. PARTY HARD

Here is a three month study plan that worked for me.  It probably could be compressed down to two months if you are really desperate. In general, I think going through the theory is great but practicing problems and going through the code in advance was what I believe put me over the top...

I'm personally still showing "incomplete" on the two exam check boxes in PALS.  I think (know) that I was one of the last people to get approved for the exam, so maybe that has something to do with the approval sequence.  I took the power exam so maybe they're going by discipline?  Either way...

No major issue at this point.  Just different results in PALS for some compared to others.  I'm admittedly being selfish and just want my license :)
