TouchDown
Is it Friday yet?
anyone ever use mp3shake.com (no www.) to get music?
It looks like a different business plan than typical music sites, where you pay up front, in $20,$30, etc increments, and then are able to download. So, if you have money in your "account" they keep it, but songs are like 25 cents each, or you can get an album for around $3. A friend recommended it, but I don't know anything about it.
If anyone has used it and likes / dislikes, let me know. Seems like a good deal if you download a lot of music, if you're only going to do a few songs, probably not worth the paying up front and losing your money (ie. gift certificate business model?).
EDIT: when looking at the "legal" section, it looks like it's in the Ukraine and goes by their "laws"... which to me makes me think it's potentially infringing on copyrighted material - but selling it??? dunno...
