Paul Cuomo's book is alright as ref. But I suggest take a refresher in trigonometry since most questions are practical apps. Don't forget to bring a scale.

I only read Cuomo's book and felt pretty confident... A lot of people brought a lot more.

Cuomo's book is good. But if you are the type, who like to attend classes, I will recommend Reza's class (4 Saturday/Sunday - Total 32 hrs of class room practise) held in Bay area/Sacramento. He also gives a book included in the course, which has lot of problems.
