no but they have a large problem broken down into say 6 different "sub" problems.
The one I found was "good stuff" wish I had seen it earlier, would have really helped on one question in particular that I was clueless on.

not yet, it has a good geotech example (earthwork, one of those.. a job requires 100,000 CY of fill, along the way the soil loses 3% moisture, blah ,blah,blah), if you want me to fax / mail you a copy send me a PM.
