Can you take Ca Seismic and Surveying overseas

Hi all I may be moving to Europe to work at a us military base for a few years, if there is a Prometric test center over there can I take ca Seismic and surveying over there?

No the California state exams are only offered in North America

Thank you do you know if it's allowed at a Prometric site on a us military base, since it's technically "north america" or at least it is in the eyes of the post office.

I lived in England for the last few years and had to wait till I was back this year... If you can, plan to take your test on a date that you will be back in the US. Prometric offers the test almost every day if you plan in advance.
