Folks,

I am planning to take PE-Civil (Depth in Transportation or Construction). Can anyone please enlist benefits of having a title of PE ? Except it shows how proficient a person would be in that field.

In civil, most places will require a PE for advancement. At least in my area.  Maybe not so much the construction side. But transpo yes.
