United States of America    Vs.     Elizabeth Holmes

Please see the videos and the attached file. The Grand Jury charges were filed in California Court and there was one individual who wired $100 Million, Wow!

If you were on Elizabeth's side (defense side), how would she convince you that she not commit any criminal liabilities? What do you think?

Elizabeth Holmes is the biggest scam artist since Michael Milken.  She is lucky not to have a hit team stalking her for the many who lost substantial sums investing in her fantasy business.

The trial date is set for Elizabeth in August and will probably be extended because of Covid and boxes of documents for review. It seems to appear that the prosecutors are losing as per the Judge's order.

Excerpt from US District Court Northern California

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

.........V. CONCLUSION

1. GRANTS in part and DENIES in part Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss the SI = Superseding Indictment for lack of
fair notice. The Court holds the SI provides Defendants fair notice of the charges they face
but orders the Government to produce a bill of particulars as to the specific
misrepresentations underlying the doctor-patient fraud and the names of any coconspirators
supporting count one.

2. DENIES Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss the SI for failure to allege falsity.

3. GRANTS in part and DENIES in part Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Counts Two and
Nine through Eleven.
These counts remain as to paying patients, but to the extent they rely
on non-paying patients or doctors, they must be dismissed.

IT IS SO ORDERED.

I guess I’ll have to figure out what y’all talking about?
19 year old starts company with creepy 40 year old boyfriend claiming to have technology to do super fast blood tests with very small amounts of blood that would "revolutionize the testing market".  It was all bullshit, and they continued to lie and steal billions from big name investors (e.g. Walgreens) for years until they got caught.

Ahh yes the millennial Bernie Madoff.  Completely forgot about this.  It was all over the media and then dropped off.
