Seismic Design Review book for PE exam. Hiner Book.I used this book and took the Hiner webinar and passed the seismic exam first time around. No way I could have done it without this.

Book has some highlighting but is otherwise in good condition.Located in Santa Rosa but I could also ship.email or PM if interested.
