Reliability References

Can anyone recommend a good (preferably free) reference for demand and reliability topics? I've searched the web but haven't found anything concise and useful.

I'm looking for something including definitions related to load and demand, MUT/MDT/MTBF, etc.

What about things like load management terms, demand factor, diversity factor, etc.?
