I bought these materials in Jan. 2018 for the PPI PE Civil Exam Prep Courses (Breadth + WRE). I passed the April 2018 exam and found the problems relevant and helpful in conjunction with the CERM. Definitely filled in the CERM's gaps. I studied mechanical engineering in college and switched to this field in 2015 upon graduating, so I self taught most of the exam material with these books.
