Hi, saw what look like meters at the bottom of some lightning arresters for a transformer in a main outdoor substation.  I've never seen them before, anyone know what they are or used for?  Some sort of sensing or indication if there is a surge perhaps?  Thanks!

This appears to be some sort of surge counter and/or AC leakage current monitor for the arrester.

for everything about transformer click Transformer - Share - PCBWay. Read through well and you will get to know the purpose of each and every part of the transformer. Thanks.
