Mechanical Engineering (Fe or Pe)

I have 10.3 year experience as an assistant Quality manager in ISO manufacturing industries in India and I have 3 year diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering from India but now I am living in California on green card base from 2.10 years.Can I take FE or PE test california. If need creditial value then what should be need for this and what should be creditial value for that qualification and experience.

FE is typically a prerequisite for the PE, so if you have not taken that exam, you're likely going to have to do that. There may be some exceptions granted but I would imagine those are rarer than frog's hair.
