My economical go-to is the triple cream brie from TJ's. Nothing fancy, but so good.

TJ cheeses are solid, but if you wanna go next level this stuff is LEGIT. not sure if i've seen it at safeway but definitely at whole foods and other independent/fancy markets/co-ops.

Pass or fail you all would be spending chesse anyway
