As i saw ,aci 318-14 is no more needed for construction depth, and instead now aci mnl-15 is required.

Correct, note that MNL-15 was formerly known as ACI-301, MNL-15 will have some of the same codes as ACI 318(Building Codes).

Also, they took out the NDS.

And SP-4 contains ACI-347R in the appendix.
