#526 - 2001 NCEES Sample TF PM Exam

Hi, would anyone happen to have any thoughts for how to approach this problem?  I reviewed the NCEES solution but I'm still completely stumped.  The question asks to determine the temperature of the exhaust gases  from a gas turbine after passing through a heat exchanger.  The gas turbine is used as an energy source for two pressure steam power plant.  If I can provide any other info pertaining to the question, please let me know.

I believe this is problem 527 in the 2011 sample exam.
