Job Description: The company is on the search for Area Sales Manager for its growing US office and manufacturing facility located in USA. This position will report to the VP of Sales and is to position as the supplier of preference and the number one brand in all assigned territories. The Area Sales Manager is required to interact with local Sales Representatives on a regular basis to present and review key performance indicators and develop plans to promote continuous improvement of these metrics. Working with local representatives to develop and execute market level sales initiatives that target Mechanical Engineers, Contractors, and End User Clients is also required of this position. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales and market share growth strategies for the assigned region and representatives. Develop plans to improve sales and market share in underperforming territories; provide monthly progress reports. Create and manage programs to track and improve the frequency of design specification for the companys products by design consultants. Identify and track key construction projects and sales opportunities, developing strategies to secure the specification and installation of the products on these projects. Monitor pricing levels and develop effective pricing strategies. Support basic rep training needs. Develop strategies and goals for each rep visit and provide a detailed trip report, outlining call results, rep profile, insights, and action plans. Target and Develop OEM accounts for incremental sales. The Area Sales Manager will be required 50% or greater overnight travel. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet specific goals and deadlines. Ability to make sound and timely decisions. Must be organized and detail oriented. Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Education/Relevant Experience/ Skills: Bachelors degree from four-year College or University in Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing. 5+ years working experience in a Business Development or Sales Role is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. MUST HAVE - Experience in selling or marketing products and services HVAC and/or Mechanical Systems. The candidate should possess strong organizational skills, and be able to demonstrate a track record of execution. Comfort with technology and various software platforms is desired - proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Description: As a key member of the Price Mechanical team, the candidate will be charged with the development and growth of this growing business unit. In so doing, they will provide support to owners, architects, consulting engineers, and contractors as well as to internal customers on the technical application of products. The Application Engineer is responsible for providing expert-level technical support, which includes the developing and testing of applications that satisfy product needs. They review material specifications, select products that fulfill their needs in terms of functionality, performance and budget. This includes making detailed technical presentations to customers and the management team that show advantages of using certain applications over the competition. Key Responsibilities: Supporting customers with product selection and layout. Working Directly with Sales Representatives and engineers on new projects including: Equipment selections; Quoting; Sales assistance; Training of customers in our technical centers, or by travelling throughout our distribution network. Assisting in the development of marketing and software tools. Assisting the R&D department with new product development. The ideal candidate for this position will have: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. 5-7 years related experience. Aptitude and desire for customer service excellence. A good understanding of HVAC, heat transfer, psychrometrics, and controls. Self-motivation with an eye for detail. Ability to work in a team environment.

Engineering Assistant

Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Additional responsibilities may include scheduling meetings, preparing monthly metrics, and related tasks. Preferred candidate should exhibit excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate in a technical environment. Required Qualification: Organizational skills. Interpersonal skills.
