TBPE, Austin Test Sites @ full capacity, has this happened before?

Texas Board of P.E. has a note stating that Austin testing sites are full, I'm just curious if anyone knows whether this has happened before? 

I wonder how big those sites are.

I know to fill Houston would be very impressive.

I think it would be cool if they took it back to the convention center. I took the FE there and it was way more comfortable.

Norris Conference Center, Its not horrible, I just remember a lot more space and freedom at the convention center. And The restroom situation was much better.
