I took the exam in October and passed, first try.  This is everything I used to study, put in about 200hrs or so.  Including my notes and binders for reviews I took for seismic design and the morning and afternoon test reviews for the construction test. This stuff cost me over $3500, Most of these books are listed on Amazon. It's crazy how quickly these materials add up but it's worth it if you pass. I'm trying to recouperate some of my costs and it would be great to get half back. I live around the SF area, PM me if you're interested in purchasing these items. I'm selling them now that I've passed
