I'm having trouble finding any good sources on buck autotransformers. 

The section in Chapman's book does a good job explaining boost, but that's it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

check out villanova course

 
From what I've studied so far, I only see a few formulas that you need to know and you can find them all in Chapman. Just add to that the difference between buck and boost configurations.
