Over/Under for Questions on the Green Book/HCM/MUTCD?

If you were Vegas setting the line on the number of questions (out of the 40) on the Green Book/HCM/MUTCD what would it be? I've never taken the test before but I'll set the line at this:

25.5

What do you all think?

Based on the NCEES...id say closer to 30. Maybe 29.5

You don't need to have taken the test before. NCEES tells you ahead of time!
